Associate Director of Enrollment CRM Systems
The Office of Enrollment Management at The City University of New York (CUNY) in the Central Office serves as the primary student recruitment office across the CUNY system. It disseminates information about all CUNY colleges, offers guidance and support to prospective undergraduate and graduate students, and processes all undergraduate freshman and transfer admissions applications. Reporting to the University Director of Enrollment Solutions and Innovation or their designee, the Associate Director of Enrollment CRM Systems is responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement applicant and student engagement related activities. They will also serve as a primary point of contact to manage business requirements pertaining to CRM needs, specifically the upcoming implementation of Technosolutions' Slate platform for CUNY's Office of Enrollment Management. Key duties include: Serve as the primary CRM administrator and subject matter expert for Technolutions Slate CRM within the University Office of Enrollment Management. Collaborate closely with various enrollment stakeholders to build student/applicant engagement workflows, rules, forms, communication campaigns, queries, reports, and dashboards in support of recruitment and admissions operations. Collaborate with Undergraduate and Graduate Studies Admissions teams to ensure alignment on various student engagement and communication business needs that are dependent on integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and serve as liaison with Central Office's Office of Computer and Information Services, Technolutions, and implementation vendors as needed for technical issues. Develop and document CRM business processes, policies and procedures, and user guidelines; provide functional training and support to end-users. Monitor and maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy standards, including FERPA. Routinely assess business processes and make recommendations for CRM related enhancements, automation, and operational improvements. Support long-term strategy for admissions technology solutions to enhance the applicant experience and staff efficiency. Until further notice, this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelors degree and six years related experience required. Preferred: Minimum of four years of experience with CRM / Student and Application Management systems in a higher education admissions or enrollment management settings. Demonstrated expertise in implementation, configuration, and optimization of student information as well as CRM systems such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Slate CRM. Familiarity with admissions business processes and lifecycle for undergraduate, graduate, transfer, adult, and non-degree applicants. Experience with data integration between CRM systems and student information systems (e.g. PeopleSoft). Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Masters degree in Information Systems, Higher Education Administration, or related field preferred. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities independently. Proficiency in generating reports, dashboards, and managing user permissions within Slate or comparable CRM systems. Knowledge of FERPA, data security standards, and best practices in higher education data management. CUNY Title Overview

Manages one or more teams of admissions/recruiting staff, providing supervision, training, and development. Manages application review processes. Maintains relationships with selected academic divisions/departments to coordinate recruiting efforts. Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness of enrollment, recruitment, and marketing strategies. Performs related duties as assigned. Job Title Name: Admissions Manager CUNY Title: Higher Education Associate FLSA: Exempt Compensation: $99,185 - $110,394, commensurate with credentials, education, and experience. CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 6.09% with additional increases of 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/2026, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
