Experience in operation and maintenance of lab equipment, familiarity with regulations related to safe laboratory practices, excellent communication skills, and experience in Dairy Plant Operations and Management are required. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, and experience working with graduate and undergraduate students is desired.
