Job Description: Supporting on-time delivery and quality of cabin materials from suppliers and their sub-tiers. Assessing of the supplier's rate readiness. Securing industrial quality performance to support future rates and consolidating the industrial risk outlook and mitigation action. Employing knowledge of Airbus' Supply Chain Quality processes, standards, and requirements to execute vital job duties related to Airbus' Quality, industrial performance, NPI/ToW (Transfer of Work), and Supply Chain Continuity Management. Assessing relevant Airbus suppliers and set up a diagnosis through industrial audits to assess the supplier's capability and performance and contribute to the supplier development. Communicating at all levels within the supplier's organization and Airbus to influence the decision making and work out short-term recovery plans for complex disruptions. Sharing Supply Chain Quality expertise and best practices. Coaching and identifying common issues and securing knowledge transfer within the Supply Chain Quality Management ("SCQM") teams to drive the continuous up-skilling of the community. Improving and shaping the future of Airbus methods and procedures and serving as a local referent for Operational excellence and AOS brick deployment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field and 5 years in any job title including experience in industrial planning, supply chain management, quality management, and continuous improvement in the telecommunications, electronics, aerospace, automotive or related industry. Prior experience must include: 2 years of experience in production environment; Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), structured problem solving, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement including Lean Six Sigma; Managing complex NPI and Transfers of Work, including stakeholder management and associated reporting; Leading industrial capacity assessments, audits, and quality assessments; Producing independent data, analysis, and reporting; and Applying value stream and process mapping. Up to 50% domestic and international travel required for business meetings, training, audits, and assessments. Telework permitted up to 40%. Salary: $151,254.00 per year
