Full-Time General Dentist Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our dedicated team. Integrated Specialty Support: Our on-site Dental Specialty Center (DSC) provides direct access to periodontists, oral surgeons, endodontists, orthodontists, and more, offering opportunities to train with specialists and collaborate on comprehensive, interdisciplinary treatment plans. On-Site Dental Lab: Fast, high-quality, custom restorations with seamless lab communication for optimal patient outcomes. EFDA & Hygiene Support: Focus on patient care while supported by a highly trained clinical team that enhances efficiency and workflow. Responsibilities: Perform routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Diagnose and treat dental conditions using modern techniques and technologies. Provide comprehensive restorative and interdisciplinary care within a team-based clinical model. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental assistants, EFDAs, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Compensation and Benefits include: Salary: $250,000-$450,000 Medical & Vision Insurance Comprehensive dental benefits 401(k) plan with generous company match Continuing Education through the Verber Advanced Dental Institute (VADI) Pathway to partnership available Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license and current DEA registration. Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with proficiency and precision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
