As a Maintenance Technician at Wasatch Commercial Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will work collaboratively with our property management team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our tenants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the property management industry. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants. Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary. Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits
