We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves accurately preparing and shipping customer orders. Additionally, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for processing, organizing, and maintaining finished goods inventory within the facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working on their feet, and meets productivity goals consistently. Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. What You'll Do
Ship orders according to packing slips and shipping labels. Prepare shipping documents. Weigh, label, and seal packages appropriately for various carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Load pallets onto delivery trucks or staging areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and barcode scanners. Ensure all items are handled and stored safely and securely. Follow company and safety procedures at all times. Assist with receiving incoming shipments when needed. Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred. Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for long periods. Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite applications. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software. Ability to read, write and to follow instructions, and work independently. Willingness to work Monday-Friday.
