Network Engineer (Senior Deployment Tech) - Maryland - Urgent

Network Engineer (Senior Deployment Tech) position available in Fort Meade, MD. This is a full-time on-site role with a salary range of 169K-177K. The position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph. The role involves: Background: Assess and document current site network configuration and user requirements Direct and lead preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site Works on installation team and develops installation schedule Direct and lead preparation of engineering plans and site installation technical designs packages Conduct site surveys and design/optimize network topologies Prepare site installation and test reports Organize and direct network installations on site surveys Coordinate post installation operations and maintenance support Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or related field plus eight (8) years relevant experience May substitute associate's degree in information technology, computer science or related field plus ten (10) years relevant experience Preferred: DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level II certification and CE certification Job Number: 216, Job Category: GovTech
