The Associate, Total Rewards supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the organizations total rewards programs: including compensation, benefits, and wellbeing. This role plays a key part in the delivery of market-competitive, internally equitable, and strategically aligned rewards solutions. The Associate will engage in survey participation, benchmarking, program analysis, and cross-functional support across Total Rewards workstreams.
This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and People Operations to deliver data-driven, compliant, and employee-centric rewards strategies and will be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid basis.
What You Will Do:
Support the administration and evolution of Total Rewards programs, including base pay, incentives, health & welfare benefits, well-being, and recognition.
Coordinate and support participation in compensation and/ or benefits benchmarking surveys; analyze trends to inform compensation and benefits design.
Create and update documentation, training materials, and communication content related to total rewards programs.
Assist in job evaluations and market pricing to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Partner cross-functionally to support initiatives led by both Compensation and Benefits teams.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data insights to support total rewards decision-making and compliance.
Help coordinate annual cycles (compensation planning, benefits enrollment, equity grants, and well-being campaigns).
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Partners to ensure offers are competitive across both cash and non-cash elements.
Maintain data integrity in Workday and total rewards specific systems and tools (e.g., PayFactors, MarketPay).
Assist in ensuring total rewards practices meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Have:
At least 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or Human Resources.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with job evaluation methods, compensation structures, and benefits administration is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
Experience working in HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and total rewards tools such as PayFactors, MarketPay, or survey platforms (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford).
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn across multiple Total Rewards disciplines and emerging technologies.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package. Base Salary Range
