As a Client Support Specialist at Fiserv, you will serve as the primary point of contact for credit clients. You'll provide operational servicing, support, and issue resolution for their credit card solutions, as well as its complementary products and services. Your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences that align with Fiserv's commitment to excellence. What You Will Do:

Network and partner with multiple business areas throughout the organization. Respond to client-related inquiries and engage appropriate resources for timely resolution as the liaison between client and Fiserv internal partners. Bring transparency to stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership as needed. Research and resolve client inquiries according to defined processes, procedures, and within service level timeframes. Document the entire lifecycle of inquiries through corrective actions in tracking software. Build knowledge articles and education/training resources to accelerate and improve the service experience. Contribute to continual improvement initiatives to drive automation, efficiency, quality, and consistency in servicing operations. What You Will Need To Have:

High School diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience. 3+ years of experience in the financial services/banking field, interacting with clients. 3+ years of experience in bankcard/credit card processing. 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite. 3+ years of experience utilizing tracking software for documenting client inquiries. What Would Be Great To Have:

Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in client/operations support in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years of experience in conducting training and building educational resources. 3+ years of experience in automating servicing operations. 3+ years of experience with continual improvement initiatives. Important Information About This Role:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday that requires flexibility to be on-call one week per month. In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
