As a member of the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool, you'll bring your skills to multiple WellStar facilities, jumping-in where you're needed most! Patient Care & Support
Take vital signs, perform 12-lead EKGs, assist with wound care, and respond to urgent needs. Aseptic & Technical Procedures
Help with catheterization, sterile tray prep, dressing changes, and phlebotomy. Telesitter Support
Monitor and troubleshoot tele-sitter carts, ensuring seamless operation. Patient Transport & Equipment Handling
Safely move patients and essential medical equipment. Cardiac Monitoring
Identify abnormal heart rhythms and report findings to the team. Patient Observation & Documentation
Keep detailed records, ensuring compliance with WellStar policies. What's Required for You to Bring to the Team:
Experience: 3+ years of recent, direct patient care experience in an Emergency Department. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Certification: BLS from AHA required.
