Sr. HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist will handle all HR-related issues for the designated facility including: employee relations, the recruitment process, compensation and benefits inquiries, developing strong business partnerships, advising managers on HR policies/compliance, as well as supporting established programs that make for a positive work environment and talent retention. This position will also manage projects and/or be part of project teams as necessary. A Day in the Life... Manages recruitment activities of the assigned business units to ensure adequate staffing (partnering with agencies, recruiters, and others) including managing the entire staffing process from inception to the on-boarding process. Develops strong business partnerships by advising and partnering with operations by being an ambassador for the HR department by communicating key human resources deliverables that support a positive work environment. Handles employee relations issues within defined business units confidentially by providing excellent customer service through availability, responsiveness, and follow through. Partners with other HR professionals on compensation, benefits, management development, training, performance management, and other key issues for supported employee groups, and carries out specific deliverables in a timely manner. Will participate in cross-functional project teams as needed. Executes HR administrative paperwork to insure key employee information is up-to-date and accurate. What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in all facets of human resources (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and coaching/counseling) Strong leadership and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consulting, influencing, and presentations skills are a must Bachelor's Degree and/or HR Certification preferred Strong business acumen, clear ability to partner with senior business leaders Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and influencing skills Benefits:
