Cloud Center of Excellence, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve

now and in the future. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Technical Writer to join our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). This role will support a team of Enterprise Cloud Architects by creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that enables consistent cloud adoption, governance, and operational excellence across the organization. What you will be doing: Collaborate with Enterprise Cloud Architects to document cloud architecture patterns, standards, and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, runbooks, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and user guides. Translate complex cloud concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Participate in cloud governance and architecture review meetings to capture decisions and action items. Maintain version control and documentation repositories (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, GitLab). Assist in the creation of training materials and onboarding guides for cloud services. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field. Required background in Systems Engineering. Proven experience as a technical writer in an IT or cloud-focused environment. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Familiarity with cloud-native services, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation), and DevOps practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft 365 Products and diagramming tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart. Nice to have: Experience working in or supporting a Cloud Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture team. Knowledge of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and operational monitoring tools. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
