Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. 6+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for issue tracking, project management, and collaboration. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium for functional and regression testing. Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq for designing user interfaces. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.
