Machine Setup & Operation: Configure slitter machines, blades, and cores to match product specifications. Quality Assurance: Inspect rolls for tension, alignment, and consistency to ensure top-tier output. Performance Optimization: Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Routine Maintenance: Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Production Documentation: Accurately log production data and maintain records. Workstation Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. What You Bring to the Table

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
