Generate weekly schedule of ticket checkers to provide coverage at all base area lifts for scanning and crowd control. Monitor and maintain RFID gate functions. Monitor ticket scans throughout the day to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Work closely with ticketing department to ensure all tickets are scanning correctly and making the necessary adjustments when needed. Supervise ticket checkers to ensure effective monitoring of gate access to prevent fraud. Work with ticketing office to hot list/deactivate fraudulent tickets. Provide support to ticket checkers during a difficult guest encounter. Set up an incentive program for ticket checkers to find fraudulent use of tickets and passes. Strong supervisory and managerial skills required. Knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to learn new computer programs to assist in scheduling and payroll like Kronos and On Track. Strong guest service skills in order to effectively manage guest interactions during potential fraud encounters. Strong communication skills presented with a positive and friendly manner. Ability to create a team environment and maintain positive attitudes Winter schedule - 5/6 days per week. Weekends required 45-50 hours a week
