Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice enables clients to achieve operational and financial excellence through advanced planning, forecasting, and profitability solutions. We partner with financial services and private markets clients to design and implement solutions that enhance financial decision-making through technology-driven transformation. Role Overview

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformations. You will leverage Anaplan to help clients reimagine their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. You'll lead or support delivery teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and help build the Anaplan delivery capability within the EPM practicebringing tailored solutions to the financial services and alternative investments sectors. What You'll Do / Keys to Success:

A Consultant at Alpha FMC is a core member of the team delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions. Key responsibilities will include: Participate through full life-cycle implementations Participate in client workshops for solution design and client education. Support Lead Model Builders on implementations Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant consulting, functional finance industry experience or college degree (finance, economics, analytics). Strong Excel literacy. Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning. Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter with an eagerness to learn new skillsets. Strong desire to excel and gain exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. Ability to collaborate with clients Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Experience in data analysis, financial analysis constructing analytical models based on historical and projected data Hands-on functional experience and/or demonstrated proficiency in EPM-related business processes: Finance & Management reporting, FP&A, Analytics Anaplan Certified Model Builder Level I & II A minimum of 1 full life cycle Anaplan or similar EPM cloud technology implementation. 1+ years' experience in management consulting 2+ years' experience in an industry role within private markets, real estate or broader financial services Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint) Ability to collaborate with clients Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $85,000

$115,000 USD for US-based hires and $90,000

$120,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
