Booking Intern

It is also a top producer of live multicamera news, sports, entertainment, and corporate broadcast productions. BMG is a trailblazing industry leader utilizing cutting edge, innovative technology. The company is the leader in centralized technology and decentralized production teams and operates a Network Operations Center hosted at BMG's Cloud Control Center along with a fleet of REMI mobile units. Business operations are located in New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago, and Las Vegas. We are seeking a motivated and creative Booking Intern for the fall season to join our team based at our Chicago office. This role is perfect for a current student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience. You will be the bridge between our clients and our team. You'll assist with responding to inquiries, managing event logistics, and ensuring every client feels valued and supported throughout the booking. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, have a keen eye for detail, and be eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via email and social media with professionalism and warmth Picking up dry cleaning, mail, and any food that is ordered Adding guests to the system Coordinate with the team to prepare for each booking (inventory, staffing, timing) Support customer service tasks to ensure a smooth, positive experience You're a Great Fit If You: Have strong communication and customer service skills Are organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple tasks Are comfortable responding professionally via email Are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments Are interested in events or business operations Benefits: Gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
