We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Lead Analyst, Risk Insights to join our team! This role is central to transforming data into actionable risk insights, powering strategy decisions through robust analytics, reporting automation, and operational intelligence. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in SQL/Python with strong business acumen and experience in leading insight delivery at a leadership level! Key Responsibilities

Risk Insights & Strategy Analytics: Lead deep-dive analytics to uncover emerging risk patterns, quantify business impact, and recommend data-driven mitigation strategies. Deliver regular insights to advise leadership decisions and influence strategic direction.

Automation & Reporting Excellence: Own the development and maintenance of automated dashboards and reporting pipelines that monitor key risk metrics. Ensure data accessibility and usability across partner teams.

BI Ownership & Data Integrity: Drive ownership of business intelligence tools and reporting infrastructure within the risk team. Ensure data integrity, stability, and availability of dashboards and data sources.

Insights Sharing & Executive Enablement: Lead periodic business reviews and risk insight sessions with multi-functional stakeholders and executives, enabling timely decisions through compelling data narratives and visualizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with risk product managers, engineers, and operations to align analytical outputs with business needs. Translate complex risk signals into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

57 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategypreferably within risk, fintech, or e-commerce environments.

Sophisticated proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, pipeline development, and prototyping.

Solid experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights optimally.

Demonstrable ability to manage and scale reporting infrastructure while ensuring data quality and uptime.

Experience owning stakeholder-facing reporting and delivering insights to senior leadership.

Good communication and project management skills; able to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong slide development and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas to executive audiences.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $140,800 - $188,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
