Automotive Express Quick Lane Service Advisor
Subaru of Kings Automall has a need for an Express Service Advisor in our express lube quick service lane! The Express Service Advisor must be energetic, have a friendly, approachable personality, able to multi-task in a high-paced setting, be computer literate, and have a neat and clean appearance. This position will ensure the customer is in and out in a short time for basic services such as oil changes, some filters, bulbs, and tire rotations. Based on performance, this position has the potential to lead to future advancement in service. The focus is efficiency and customer satisfaction. Schedule is a 5-day work week including Saturdays. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries. Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:
Current experience in a customer contact position, (automotive preferred such as dealership customer service, sales, or express lube, but not required) Computer literate to work in CDK daily with training High school graduate; college a plus Satisfactory employment references Pass background check Enjoy the Ride!
