Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cross Domain Solutions Lead to join a Federal Program located in Hampton, VA. The Cross Domain Solutions Lead will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the security and integrity of data exchanged between domains. Responsibilities of the Cross Domain Solutions Lead: Combine technical skills with strategic thinking to create effective engineering solutions that meet customer needs Develop or revise system designs and architectures to enhance efficiency and sustainability Responsible for the design and development of voice, video, radio frequency, and/or data communications networks Responsible for identifying potential conflicts with implementation of CDS technologies within the enterprise and develop recommendations to remediate these conflicts Identify, analyze, and resolve network problems Determines network specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Qualifications of the Cross Domain Solutions Lead: Required Experience: 20+ years of related Network Engineering experience. Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience with routing and switching protocols, Cisco IOS software and hardware features, ability to configure and troubleshoot Multicast, and knowledge and experience with VoIP/collaboration systems Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an U.S. Government Active Top Secret Clearance Must possess a completed CCNA certification Must meet DOD 8750 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access Compensation for the Cross Domain Solutions Lead: Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000+ *flexible based on experience* Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Sick Leave as required by law Unlimited opportunities for growth Opportunity for travel
