Solder Assembler
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This position requires experience in soldering wires, cables, and connectors, as well as performing assembly of complex subassemblies. The role includes completing paperwork associated with assembly orders and adhering to company operating procedures and quality standards. The position is for the 1st shift, working from 7am to 3:30pm. $23 - $27/hr Responsibilities
Solder wires, cables, and connectors or components with precision. Perform assembly of complex subassemblies according to specifications. Complete all paperwork associated with assembly orders accurately. Follow all company operating procedures and quality standards diligently. Trim, clip, and tin wires and leads efficiently. Adhere plastic components and pot/seal completed work effectively. Properly label finished products to ensure correct identification. Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in moderate to complex electromechanical assembly. Proficiency in thru-hole soldering of SMT components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards is a significant advantage. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with surface-mount technology. Experience with electronic assembly and repair. Understanding of ITAR regulations. Work Environment
This role is situated in a very clean manufacturing environment. Employees are expected to wear steel-toed boots for safety. The position operates within a structured schedule during the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
