Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of components. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus. Supports engineering activities. Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge base on power semiconductors (e.g., SiC-Diodes, SiC-MOSFETs, Schottky-Diodes, IGBTs) and IC products (e.g., Semiconductor Relays, Gate Drivers). Study and understand the specifications of the device under test. Collaborate closely with the Characterization Engineers. Report failures, propose solutions, and follow through on their resolution. Run formal characterization and verification setups. Prepare Measurement data analysis and report generation for data sheets and design reports. Ensure all safety standards are observed. Technical Skills:

Proficient in documenting measurement results and test procedures. Skilled in conducting diverse tests, including voltage, current, frequency, and temperature measurements, utilizing instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, parameter analyzers, and PXI systems. Perform moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems. Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or plans to perform moderate testing and troubleshooting. Solid skills with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio). Basic scripting skills (Python, Matlab, LabVIEW, C/C++/C#) are a plus. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the semiconductor industry. Soft Skills:
