General Production Worker
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be assigned to either a stacker or builder position. Stackers are responsible for stacking lumber from a conveyor belt onto pallets as part of the initial production process. Builders will construct boxes according to customer orders, which vary in size. This position requires the ability to read work orders, understand dimensions, and utilize hand and power tools effectively. Responsibilities
Stack lumber from a conveyor belt onto pallets in the stacking role. Build boxes according to customer orders in the builder role. Read and interpret work orders and dimensions. Use hand and power tools efficiently. Measure accurately using a tape measure. Essential Skills
Production experience General labor skills Assembly skills Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience At least 6 months of experience using a tape measure At least 6 months of experience with hand and power tools Work Environment
Enjoy working in a small, family-like environment with a wide open concept. The dress code is casual, with jeans, t-shirts, and steel-toed boots required. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied by the company. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
