Architect Level I/Level II
To be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs. Required: 35+ years of architectural experience Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with FEMA-funded or federal government projects is a plus Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow Residency or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas (relocation support available). Job Responsibilities: Provide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II) Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum Salary Range: $70k/yr. - $90k/yr.
