We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Supervisor to join our team in Burlington, VT. This day shift position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and enhance our ultrasound services while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor ultrasound staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Oversee daily operations of the ultrasound department, including scheduling and workflow management. Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, and vascular exams. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for accurate imaging and reporting. Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and accreditation standards. Participate in staff training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: ARDMS certification in Ultrasound required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ultrasound technology, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology and imaging protocols.
