Perform general machine repairs. Install, repair, wire, and maintain a variety of electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment and controls related to production packaging equipment. Handle motors, relays, circuit breakers, machine and process controls, alarm and communication systems. Work with AC/DC, Ladder Logic, Basic PLC, Phases, and 480v (+). Set up, install, and repair production machines including electric, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance tasks. Diagnose trouble, disassemble, determine extent of repairs, and make necessary adjustments. Essential Skills

Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic and packaging equipment. Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance. Experience with conveyor maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent. 1+ years of training in Industrial Electronics. 1+ year of work experience in industrial electronics or a mechanical field. 5+ years of maintenance experience. Why Work Here?

This role is set within a large industrial packaging manufacturing plant. The facility maintains a constant moderate temperature but can become warm. The plant is very clean and adheres to strict safety protocols. It features about 20 large packaging lines with robots and conveyor lines, and includes a warehouse and docking station for daily shipments. You will work independently with minimal supervision, contributing to a laid-back yet hard-working team culture. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rural Hall, North Carolina. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
