Level 1 experience is required. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are mandatory certifications. PALS must be obtained before the start date. An EKG onboarding exam is required. Shifts will consist of four 10-hour shifts per week, from 07:00 to 17:30. Call requirements include one late call per week from 17:30 to 19:30, one call shift per week from 17:30 to 07:00, and one to two call weekends per six-week schedule. PREFERRED experience includes knowledge of Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography. Candidates must have experience with Epic EHR and McKesson. Travelers must be aware that local candidates within 75 miles will not be accepted. Candidates must present two supervisor references, which must be verified within the last six months. Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby. The rehire policy states that candidates must be gone for 90 days to return as a traveler. Previous charge experience is preferred.
