As our skilled Email & Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our winery's communication efforts. You'll be in the middle of the action with our Marketing team, and asked to contribute ideas for sales, events and campaigns in addition to devising strategies for various aspects of the business. Primary Responsibilities Write and send engaging email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Manage and maintain the communications calendar, ensuring timely e-blasts. Update product pages for new wine releases and keep event information current. Interview team members to create engaging website bios. Occasionally write blog posts to support SEO initiatives. Proofread marketing content, including social media and press releases. Collaboration & Meetings Collaborate with team members across departments to confirm campaign details. Assist in creating agendas and eventually lead the monthly Marketing meetings. Preferred Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience working on a communications or marketing team. Strong writing skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. Experience writing under daily or frequent deadlines preferred. Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms. Experience in the wine industry or luxury goods is a plus, but not required. Social media management experience is a plus, but not required. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work on-site at the winery. Requirements Effective project management skills with a focus on organization and follow-through. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Proficient in Microsoft software and customer relationship management tools.
