Foster a fun and welcoming environment for both guests and coworkers. Serve as a gracious host to all team members and visitors. Retrieve, prepare, display, and sell food and beverage items, including preparing and cooking

la carte orders as requested. Team members under 21 years of age are not permitted to act as bartenders or pour alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic drink orders must be prepared by a team member who is 21+. Follow all appropriate food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure safe, high-quality products. Complete transactions using payroll deduction or standard cash handling for non-team members. Clean and maintain the physical appearance of the workplace, including dining areas, food stations, floors, and tables. Attend all required training programs and departmental meetings. Submit reports and documentation as needed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable gaming laws and health regulations. Meet department standards for uniform, grooming, and appearance. Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. Perform other job-related and compatible duties as assigned by management. Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic documents and instructions. Strong math skills, including the ability to count money and make change accurately. Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve practical problems. Must be able to qualify for and maintain all required licenses or permits (including gaming license). Must be able to earn and maintain a valid Food Handler Card. Must be able to earn and maintain TiPS certification. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating instructions. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to accurately count and handle currency and operate a basic point-of-sale system. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and handle problems in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and local regulations, including a gaming license. Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods Use hands to handle tools, food items, or POS equipment Reach with hands and arms Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and up to 75 pounds occasionally Push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, and balance Work Environment: The work environment is typically fast-paced and noisy.
