Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-Level/Lead, All-Source Analyst supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA. Qualifications: Desired all-source background with supporting targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and with interagency special collection assets Knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products. Knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries Detailed knowledge of Joint, Inter-agency and Intelligence Community programs and products. Experience in targeting methodology and tradecraft Knowledge of network analysis Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design. Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 14 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
