Dispatcher

The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and dispatching surface and sub-surface resources, coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities through efficient logistics management processes, and effectively communicating both orally and in writing. The role involves identifying opportunities for improvement in non-value-added activities, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting SAP scheduling processes, and ensuring data accuracy in SAP entries. Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch surface and sub-surface resources. Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities through efficient logistics management processes. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Identify opportunities for improvement in non-value-added activities. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). Support SAP scheduling process. Edit work orders in SAP to ensure correct activities are entered properly. Continuously look for opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and increase productivity. Participate in lean/continuous improvement activities. Identify and communicate opportunities for reduction in lead/cycle time per job order. Essential Skills

Knowledge and understanding of the work and material flow process. Ability to map dispatch process flows. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, etc.). SAP and ARC GIS mapping experience desired. Understanding of data quality and its value to operations. Proficiency in loading, transferring, manipulating, and displaying data. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Interaction with other area teams. Strong customer service skills. Experience in project coordination and reporting. Analytic skills with a focus on data management. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
