CNO Analyst/Programmer Level 2 Mid-Level

What You'll Do: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop advanced tools supporting cyber network operations. Design and implement end-to-end data flows and tasking mechanisms for custom-built cyber capabilities. Author and maintain detailed technical documentation in accordance with government software development standards. Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews, ensuring quality and compliance with prescribed development processes. Contribute to and deliver technical presentations on development efforts, system architecture, and mission integration. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance the development, integration, and deployment of cybersecurity solutions in support of national security operations. Is This You? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution Experience: 8+ years of relevant programming experience; OR 6+ years with a Master's Degree; OR 12+ years without a degree Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Traits: Mission-driven, technically proficient, and team-oriented with the ability to contribute independently and as part of a collaborative development environment Core Skills Required: Proficiency in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python Experience designing and implementing custom CNO tools and data flows Strong ability to document, review, and present technical designs and code Familiarity with secure software development processes and version control Experience participating in formal code reviews and technical briefings Preferred: Understanding of DoD or Intelligence Community cyber operations and classified environments Exposure to DevSecOps practices, toolchains, or CI/CD pipelines Experience working on multi-phase cyber capability projects and software lifecycle management Bonus: Desire to support the mission through innovation, technical excellence, and secure software craftsmanship If this sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
