Systems Integration Analyst

Your journey starts nowprotect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Integration Analyst to join our team working in the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week onsite. This position will support the Korea Aegis Team, where you will be 100% allocated toward support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Korea Programs, serving as a direct report to the Korea SI&T Gov lead. Within the team you will work with a fellow ESS teammate to support the Systems Integration and Test SI&T lead. The work distribution will be coordinated across the Engineering team based on your and your colleague's strengths. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the Systems Engineering process by participating in technical discussions on system integration and testing Review technical deliverables and documentation Coordinate responses to Requests for Information and manage action items Track and coordinate risk management activities Perform schedule analysis Develop and maintain test plans and procedures Travel up to 25%, including international and domestic locations Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 10+ years of experience working with Navy combat systems At least 2 years of experience supporting or performing systems integration and testing with the Navy Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid passport Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active or current Secret security clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office equipment Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may include delivering presentations Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The projected compensation range for this position is $75,700.00-$126,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
