Do you have weekends free and want to make some extra money? If so, Care To Stay Home is seeking caregivers to work 4 or 8 hour shifts on Saturday and/or Sunday. Clients are available in the North Spokane, South Hill, Airway Heights, Cheney, Medical Lake, Chattaroy, Deer Park, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake for immediate shifts. Benefits include: Permanent client assignments for scheduling and client consistency (no short shifts between multiple clients) Competitive pay based on certifications and experience ($17-$21 hourly) Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental, Accident, Health and Supplemental Insurance Next day pay options Discount perks - Travel and Entertainment Discounts Employee Assistance Program Financial Wellness Resources/Counseling Employee referral bonus 401K with employer matching Recognition programs Responsibilities include: Providing essential care and support Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Meal preparation and cooking Stand by and hands on assistance Light housekeeping duties Medication reminders Bedbound care for more critical clients Requirements include: Minimum of one year of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds etc, repositioning bed bound clients, and helping on standby by assistance as needed... The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements. Home Care Aide or CNA/NAC certification (We offer the 75 hour HCA training to our employees at no cost) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliability to show up for shifts on time and enjoy providing companionship and care for seniors to keep them engaged throughout the day.
