Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at The Track Family Fun Park, you will be an integral part of our business' success. Your attention to detail and meticulous care will ensure that all park rides and facilities are always in perfect condition. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and solving electrical and mechanical challenges on attractions. You will follow all delegated tasks assigned by the maintenance manager and maintain all aspects of The Track's family-focused, clean, safe service environment. The Maintenance Technician position is a full-time position with benefits. The following responsibilities/duties accompany the job: Perform daily preventive maintenance on all park rides Troubleshoot and diagnose repair-related issues independently; to include electrical, mechanical, facilities, etc. Make repairs during shift in a quick and efficient manner Occasional heavy lifting of karts/parts required Perform general building and track maintenance as needed Minimum Qualifications Must be proficient in both AC-DC electrical Must be able to perform general plumbing and basic carpentry tasks Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without assistance Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment Must be able to stand/sit/squat, bend at waist repeatedly during shift Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times Must be able and willing to meet all The Track's Grooming Standards daily Must be willing to stay past regular shift hours if circumstances arise Experience This is a mechanical/electrical position that requires knowledge in mechanical and electrical technology. Prior experience or coursework in these areas is required. Functional and operational training will be provided, but you MUST have proficient mechanical and electrical abilities.
