As a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our senior residents. Each day, you can expect to assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each resident. You will also monitor vital signs, assist with medication administration, and provide mobility support, fostering a safe environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve effective communication with nursing staff, residents, and their families, ensuring everyone is informed and cared for. The scheduled shifts run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., allowing you to develop strong relationships with the residents you serve. You'll collaborate closely with your team members, participating in care planning and contributing to the overall well-being of each individual in our community.
