Clinical Therapist

The Clinical Therapist (CSW, LCSW, AMHC, LMHC, LMFT, AMFT) position is full-time, benefits eligible after 30 days, works a Monday - Friday schedule with flexibility and offers excellent clinical supervision and multi-disciplinary team support. Salary: Exempt salaried position $70,000 - $75,000 per year based on education, certifications and experience. Our dedicated team strives to change the lives of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 by providing compassionate, skills-based care that is personalized to meet each student's specific needs. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a secure psychiatric residential treatment center setting. Qualifications: Licensed in the State of Utah, or eligible and actively pursuing licensure Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field Experience in inpatient setting preferred, but not required Skills in application of DSM-V CBT and DBT.
