The key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are: Spearhead the planning and execution of all quality-related operations, ensuring alignment with established management systems. Design and implement comprehensive inspection protocols and collaborate on process specifications, including the procurement of necessary tooling. Champion the adoption and ongoing maintenance of the organization's quality management framework. Facilitate training initiatives for personnel to foster a deep understanding and consistent application of quality standards. Drive continuous improvement efforts and manage corrective and preventive action programs to resolve quality concerns. Oversee the calibration and management of all precision measurement tools, ensuring accuracy throughout production. Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, addressing quality issues and promoting a culture of quality awareness. A successful Quality Manager will have: A minimum of four years of experience is required in establishing, upholding, and auditing quality management systems. Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly within a die-casting environment. Proficiency in business application software, including flowcharting tools, is essential. A Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, coupled with managerial training, is preferred. Applicants should be well-versed in designing, implementing, and maintaining ISO Quality Management Systems and their associated procedures. A strong understanding of blueprint interpretation, geometric tolerance principles, and mechanical metrology techniques is crucial.
