Required Skills & ExperienceKey Responsibilities: Lead sessions with business and technical stakeholders to capture and document business processes, use cases, and requirements Translate complex business needs into structured documentation using Word and Jira Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation Support validation of data migration outcomes and ensure data integrity Facilitate and host working sessions, interviews, and requirement-gathering callsRequired Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments Strong experience documenting business processes, use cases, and technical requirements Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Word for documentation and tracking Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
