Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will work in lockstep with market and practice leadership to build and accelerate the sales pipeline and build the Pioneer brand nationally. You will also be responsible for developing our overall go-to market planning and managing high-impact programs, including new solution and product launches to our brand positioning in the marketplace. This position requires a people-oriented leader who can seamlessly collaborate with all Pioneer stakeholders and marketing partners team to translate strategic goals into tangible, measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Product Solution Alignment Lead field marketing efforts, working in close alignment with Market leadership teams to define and execute effective go-to-market plans. Work closely with the VP of Client Development and General Managers to target named accounts, promote brand awareness, and develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Cooperate with Practice Leaders and other solution/capability leaders to create programs supporting new service launches, products, and the overall solutions marketing roadmap. Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth Design and execute multi-channel lead generation programs to grow the sales pipeline, with a specific emphasis on acquiring net new customers and promoting our key solutions. Manage digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing (blog, white papers, case studies), and social media. Manage and leverage our CRM (Hubspot) and Marketing Automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) to nurture leads and track engagement. Partner with OE to develop and launch customer-focused training series with senior service line leaders to drive pipeline growth and retention within our existing client base. Manage all 3rd party marketing relationships that support our marketing programs. Channel & Partner Marketing Work closely with Leadership to create and execute annual marketing plans that drive our partners' business and extend our market reach. Manage the marketing budget, including the allocation and tracking of all spends. Develop joint marketing programs, materials, and events to support and enable our channel partners. Campaign & Event Management Plan, execute, and measure end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on service promotion, thought leadership, and client engagement. Arrange high-impact speaking engagements for company leaders at C-level events (e.g., CIO/CFO summits) to build mindshare among key industry decision-makers. Plan and execute a variety of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, seminars, and trade shows. Utilize market intelligence and data to send targeted invitations to key decision-makers for vertical-specific events, driving qualified attendance. Measure and report on all campaign and event results and ROI, using metrics to recommend and refine future plans. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a professional services or technology firm. Proven experience in field marketing, demonstrating close alignment with a regional teams to drive results. Demonstrable experience planning and executing successful lead generation programs, marketing campaigns, and corporate events. Strong proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (HubSpot). Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze metrics, report on ROI, and make data-backed recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Direct experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays. Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for executive audiences. Experience managing vendor and agency relationships. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role is a base salary of $80,000-$110,000. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company's discretion and are based upon individual contributions.
