Full Time Position Pay Range: $21.29 - $30.64 Union: No Differentials/Premiums Work Shift: Days Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No On-Call Shifts: No Job Description: Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Manager and Medical Director of the OMP Clinic. Oversees day-to-day office operations including calendar management, staff schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence and mail processing. Assists with data collection and reporting for Patient Quality Reporting System and quality projects for OMP. Requires strong organizational and people skills, ability to work independently, multi-task and work effectively under pressure. Education: High school graduate or equivalent with at least two years higher education with coursework in business, writing, English grammar, office management, communication, time management, general mathematics and organizational skills preferred. Experience: At least two years in a medical office preferably in the outpatient setting. Experience with an electronic medical record helpful but not required. Licensure/Credentials: None.
