We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Area Construction Superintendent in Wilson, NC, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Oversee all phases of construction, including CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) scopes. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary crews, ensuring timely execution and quality control. Collaborate with trade partners and clients to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations. Drive the project close-out process, ensuring all punch list items are completed to the highest standards. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. Here's what you'll need: 8+ years of construction site experience in an EPCM environment 5+ years of experience as a general foreman and/or superintendent Proven expertise in building systems, components, and technologies, with a strong foundation in contract management, project delivery methodologies, team leadership, and client relationship management Ideally, you'll also have: Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or other, but not required Rigging certified to review lift plans is a plus Pharma experience #LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience #LI-SH1 Jacobs' health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
