Certified Medical Assistant | Multiple Locations Across Washington
Support physicians and other healthcare providers by performing both administrative and clinical tasks. This role involves handling patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and assisting with examinations and procedures. You will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities
Assist providers with patient care and clinical tasks. Perform routine clinical procedures such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations. Assist providers in setting up rooms for procedures. Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Travel between clinics as required, without any weekend or on-call duties. Essential Skills
Certified Medical Assistant with MA-C certification required. Ability to float between clinics and adapt to different work environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the EPIC charting system (preferred). Candidates must hold a valid WA MA license and be local within a 50-mile radius. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Reliable transportation is expected for travel between clinics. Work Environment
The work environment includes a variety of shifts, all consisting of 5x8-hour days, with start times at 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 8:30 AM. The typical workday runs from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You will be expected to adapt to different clinic settings while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We have various different locations available between Seattle, Olympia, Bothell, and Spokane. Not all positions require to float. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
