Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer will partner with Department Leadership, HR and stakeholders across the ecosystem to develop and design effective, engaging, and efficient learning experiences. Below is a detailed list of their key responsibilities: Curriculum Design: Develop and design learning curriculums, materials, and experiences based on educational best practices Instructional Materials Creation: Create educational content such as e-learning modules, presentations, handouts, and assessments. Needs Assessment: Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and clients to determine learning goals, audience needs, and gaps in existing knowledge. Learning Technologies: Utilize educational technology platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), multimedia, and authoring tools to deliver content. Evaluation and Assessment: Develop assessment tools to measure learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development process of learning projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. The role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, knowledge of adult learning theories, and familiarity with technology-driven learning tools to create impactful talent and learning solutions for the organization.
