Pay: $20-$28/hr Shifts: 5a-5:30p (Mon-Thurs) OR 5a-6p (Fri, Sat, Sun) Job Description: Aerotek is hiring Hydraulic Assemblers for an equipment manufacturer in Post Falls. The role involves assembling and installing hydraulic parts for heavy equipment, ensuring high-quality work, and occasionally assisting with electrical and mechanical components. Responsibilities: Assemble and install parts using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints Assemble and install hydraulic parts Perform quality checks Complete start-to-finish assembly (not assembly line work) Assist with electrical and mechanical components Essential Skills: At least one year of experience with hydraulic components (assembly, repair, etc.) Strong mechanical aptitude Proficiency with hand and power tools Experience with blueprints, schematics, and drawings Willingness to learn and a positive attitude Benefits: Full-time, long-term job with growth opportunities Weekly pay starting at $20-$28/hr Potential for pay increases and advancement Health insurance and 401k Opportunity for overtime The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
