BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. We Offer Career Growth : Join our team and kickstart your journey with comprehensive paid training, certifications, and unwavering support tailored to achieve your professional goals Rewarding Compensation Package : Competitive base pay, enticing commissions, and performance bonuses Employee Recognition : Take advantage of a complimentary Studio Membership and exclusive product discounts Flexible Schedule : Accommodating schedule around your educational or personal goals Friendly Work Environment : Dress comfortably in our fitness casual attire while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment fueled by passion Responsibilities The Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound Qualifications 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue BODY20 is here to change that.
