Under supervision, conducts research involving data collection and analysis, develops and implements policy, and administers social services programs. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Receives and administers all training, proficiency, and experience in all areas. Collects and analyzes data related to top-level indicators and resources. Conducts research, develops, and implements social programs. Designs and publishes plans for assessing the needs of the programs and the implementation of the plans. Develops policies and procedures in accordance with laws related to priority programs. Develops social programs, legislation, or regulations, based on social, economic, and demographic analysis and evaluation of pilot projects. Identifies and assesses economic and social development and social legislation. Identifies, plans, and implements the development and utilization of local resources. Monitors the programmatic and financial activities. Monitors the programmatic and financial activities of the department and financial activities. Provides direction and support for ongoing operations of specialized programs. Provides technical direction and support for the ongoing operation of specialized programs. Provides technical direction and support for the ongoing operation of specialized programs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
