Office Manager

The Office Manager will be a key member of the Region. They will report to the Regional Program Director and oversee administrative operations. As such, we seek a detail-oriented, organized and customer service expert who will excel at the duties and responsibilities outlined below. The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative duties and be a resource for staff. Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Ensures that the Clinic is in compliance with Red Rock BHS policies and CARF standards Serves as the liaison between the Regional Program Director, clinicians, medication clinic, and Regional Business Coordinator Works with the Regional Program Director to coordinate the credentialing of each clinician (CAQH) for 3rd party insurance Maintains and monitors records to ensure accuracy, completeness of data and compliance with state and federal rules and regulations Assists clients with billing-related matters; assisting clients and/or staff in resolving insurance-related problems Supports and assists with the facilitation of Care Plans for consumers within the Red Rock Health Team Exceptional customer service Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment. Participates in ongoing in-service education programs and staff development programs Attends staff meetings, workshops, and seminars to learn Agency policy, rules, regulations, and procedures Performs other duties as required Qualifications

Certified as a Behavioral Health Case Manager II (BHCM II) Or meet one of the following parameters: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field RN with Behavioral Health Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field and 6 months of Behavioral Health experience 60 College credit hours in any field and 12 months of Behavioral Health experience HS Diploma or equivalent and 36 months of Behavioral Health experience Must be willing to work on call and flexible hours Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license Willingness to obtain additional learning & development training or training certifications Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS Physical Requirements

Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds Ability to travel approximately 95% of the time Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer How We Take Care Of You!
