jump in, learn multiple trades , and grow with a team that does it all. This is your foot in the door to a trade career that includes
painting, water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, insulation, and detailed cleaning . Every day is different, and every project brings new challenges and opportunities. What You'll Do: Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work Help with general labor across job sites (yes, that includes demo days) Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you Learn valuable skills in
restoration, remodeling, and remediation You're A Fit If: You're reliable, coachable, and not afraid to break a sweat You want to learn a skilled trade and grow into a leadership role You enjoy working on a variety of projects, indoors and out You take pride in being part of a team that helps people rebuild after disaster You show up with a good attitude and a heart to serve others What We Offer: Full-time work with a career pathnot just a paycheck Competitive starting pay
