Your Responsibilities
* Seek out qualified healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal network
* Engage potential candidates to share MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
* Schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters for more extensive evaluations
* Provide follow-ups to maintain candidate interest and effectively support their hiring process
* Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on successfully set meetings, conducted interviews, and placements facilitated through your efforts
